AN INDEPENDENT AR DEMONSTRATOR

Real tracking.
A transparent starting point.

This demo uses computer vision in your browser to position illustrative jewelry. It is not a production-grade fitting system or a Mirrar integration.

Face, eyes, nose & head

MediaPipe Face Landmarker detects 478 facial landmarks. Eye positions establish scale and head roll; face geometry estimates head turning. Jewelry follows smoothed anchors. The preview uses 3D jewelry with reflective materials when WebGL is available; an illustrated fallback is clearly labeled. Jewelry geometry is illustrative and not measured from real products.

Ears & neck: what is estimated?

Ear attachment points are estimated independently from face contours and available pose ear landmarks. Head-turn and depth checks hide the far earring; a face-oval mask prevents earrings drawing over the cheek. The model does not find the precise piercing position. Neck placement is estimated from the chin and detected shoulders; there is no dedicated neck mesh. Manual fit controls compensate for variation. Necklaces hide when shoulders are not reliably detected.

Privacy & camera controls

Camera access starts only when you choose Enable camera. Frames and landmarks are processed locally and are not uploaded by this app. Vision libraries and models are downloaded from Google and jsDelivr. Saved looks are downloaded only when you request them. Turning off the camera or leaving the page stops its tracks.

What a production version needs

Measured 3D jewelry assets, calibrated attachment points, dedicated ear and neck fitting, face/hair/hand occlusion, lighting and material rendering, and extensive device and fit testing. Commerce integration should connect real product identifiers and variants to each approved asset.
